ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਕਰਤੱਵ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ, ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਧ ਦੇ ਸਕਾਂ। ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਵਜੋਂਮੇਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦਾ ਇਹੀ ਟੀਚਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਅਵਸਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਿਪਤ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਸਿਰਜਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਖੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਪੱਖੀ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਫੁਲਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂਦੀ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਹਾਰਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਵਸਾਇਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਿਬੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਿਸਟੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਜੰਡਿਆਲਾ ਇੱਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀ ਉੱਘੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਮਿਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਚਰਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਵਾਈਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਡਾ. ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਦੂਰਅੰਦੇਸ਼ੀ, ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਸਦਕਾ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਸਮੇੰ ਦੀ ਚਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤਤਪਰ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਹਾਂਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਿਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਿਨਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਵਿਚ ਬਦਲਣਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ।

ਮੈਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਦਿਲੀ ਤਮੰਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹਰ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਕਾਬਲ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਨਵੀਆਂ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲਾਂ ਸਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।
